Global database filtering

In case you need to narrow the dataset according to some criteria, a global filtering option is available in the Project Settings.

The most common cases where the global filter may be applied:

  • When a database contains both completed and incomplete interviews only completed ones are needed;

  • When relevant data filtering needs to be done to existing decks/dashboards.

How to filter databases

  • Go to the Project Settings → Filter;

  • Select variables that are the filter’s parameters and add them to the Expression builder;

  • Here you can also use logical operators when filtering by multiple categories;

  • Click SAVE.

Be very careful managing filtered databases since there are no visual indicators of global filtering.
