How to reset your DataTile password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these steps on the login page:

1. Click the 'Forgot your password' button

   

   
   

2. Enter your email and captcha

   • You will be redirected to the password reset page.

   • Enter the email address associated with your DataTile account.

   • Complete the captcha verification.

   • Click SEND.

3. Check your email

   • You will receive an email with further instructions.

   • Click the link provided in the email to reset your password.

4. Log in with your new password

   • After resetting, use your new password to log in to your DataTile account.
