First data management takes place in the DataTile file system.

It is a set of folders containing all the entities you created or shared for you.

Folders are organized in the left pane, which can be minimized and expanded by clicking on the arrow icon

the most common folder, which contains the contents of 'My Space' and 'Shared with me' folders. This is where the newcomer finds himself when he first starts working in DataTile. If you have not yet created any of your entities, you will only see the entities accessible for all users.

the main folder where all your uploaded datasets and created entities will be stored.

contains entities created by other users that you have been given access to. Including those datasets that are created for training in the sandbox.

If there are too many entities, you can narrow down the lists using the add to favorites and create the Starred collection. The entities you were working with recently are in the Recent collection. The Published folder contains all entities that were published somewhere outside DataTile. Deleted entities can be found in the Trash folder for 30 days after deletion.

The main statistical information about each entity is available on the right-side panel. Click once on any entity to see it.
