How to replicate several similar crosstabs at once

Updated over a week ago

In DataTile, you can generate several crosstabs containing a similar request with a single action. Each new table is saved on a separate tab and all of them can be downloaded at once.

Users can effortlessly replicate as many tables as necessary by altering rows with different variables, or vice versa.

How to iterate tabs with requests:

  1. Build the original table with the query. Name the tab on which it is placed;

  2. Select all the variables that are to become replacements when iterating, then drag&drop them onto the header of the existing tab.

  3. A dialog box appears; choose either "fix columns, iterate rows" or "fix rows, iterate columns". Here 'fix’ means to keep the same, whilst ‘iterate’ means change/replace.
