The crosstab request generator empowers users to generate multiple tables concurrently, with each table saved as its own tab. Users have the flexibility to maintain consistent columns while varying rows with different variables, or vice versa.
This functionality was specifically designed to cater to researchers requiring numerous tables or charts with similar column or row structures. Users can effortlessly replicate as many tables as necessary by adjusting variables in rows or columns, all accomplished with simple steps.
Create your initial crosstab;
Select additional variables, then drag&drop them onto the header of the existing tab.
A dialog box appears; choose either "fix columns, iterate rows" or "fix rows, iterate columns". Here 'fix’ means to keep the same, whilst ‘iterate’ means change or replace.
Each new table will be instantly generated and saved as an individual tab. View the tabs by clicking the hamburger '≡' icon.
To export all the tables to PowerPoint of Excel, click ‘Download All’ icon.
